These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you visit our website, purchase a digital product or course, or join coaching and educational programs from The 60-Minute Reset (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we are

We provide digital products, online courses, coaching, and educational content.

2) Using our website

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

  •  attempt to access systems without permission
  •  interfere with security or performance
  •  upload malicious code
  •  misuse our content or platform

3) Accounts, logins, and access

Some products and courses are delivered via third-party platforms (such as Kajabi). You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

We may restrict or suspend access if we reasonably believe:

  •  your login is being shared
  •  content is being redistributed
  •  there is suspected fraud or misuse

4) Purchases, pricing, and checkout

  • Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe and/or PayPal).
  •  We do not store your credit card details.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order if we reasonably suspect fraud or an unresolved payment issue.

5) Delivery of digital products and courses

Most digital products/courses are delivered immediately (or shortly) after purchase through download links, email, or platform access.

You are responsible for:

  •  having compatible devices/software and internet access
  •  checking your spam/junk folder
  •  contacting us if access isn’t received as expected

6) Downloadable templates and permitted use

Many of our products include downloadable templates (PDFs, spreadsheets, checklists, worksheets, and similar resources).

When you purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use templates and materials for your own learning and internal business use.

You must not:

  •  share templates publicly (including posting, uploading, or emailing to others)
  •  resell, sublicense, “white label”, or bundle our templates into your own product
  •  create competing products by copying substantial parts of our content

7) Coaching and group programs

If you join coaching or group programs, you agree to engage respectfully (including in any group spaces). Any schedules, formats, and inclusions are described on the relevant sales page.

8) Educational content disclaimer (no professional advice)

Our content is general education only. It is not financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. You should get independent professional advice for your situation where appropriate.

9) No outcomes promised

Results vary and depend on many factors outside our control (your decisions, effort, context, and market conditions). We do not promise specific outcomes.

10) Third-party services

We may use third-party tools and providers (e.g., Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, analytics). Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11) Limitation of liability (to the extent permitted by law)

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (like loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, or data). Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable Australian federal laws.

Refund Policy — The 60-Minute Reset

Business name: The 60-Minute Reset

Last updated: 31 January 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for digital products, online courses, coaching, and group programs delivered by The 60-Minute Reset.

1) Australian Consumer Law (important)

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure with a product or service, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, replacement, or cancellation (depending on the circumstances).

This policy does not limit those rights.

2) Change-of-mind refunds (digital products + templates)

Because our products are digital and often include downloadable templates that can be kept after access, we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds for:

  •  digital downloads (including templates, PDFs, toolkits) once delivered
  •  courses once access has been provided and/or templates/resources have been downloaded

(If a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law, this section doesn’t apply.)

3) Self-paced online courses

If you believe a self-paced course isn’t right for you, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase only if all of the following are true:

  •  you have accessed less than 20% of the course content, and
  •  you have not downloaded a substantial portion of the templates/resources, and
  •  you have not shared access or downloaded materials for redistribution

If approved:

  •  the refund is returned to the original payment method, and
  •  course access may be removed.

4) Coaching (1:1)

Coaching is time-based and reserved for you.

  •  Rescheduling: with at least 24 hours’ notice, we’ll do our best to reschedule (subject to availability).
  •  Late cancellations / no-shows: generally not refundable.

If you ever purchase a coaching package, any expiry timeframe (if applicable) will be shown on the offer page at the time of purchase.

5) Group programs

Unless a specific program page says otherwise:

  •  Before the program starts: you may request a refund up to 7 days before the start date.
  •  After the program starts: refunds are generally not available, but we may offer (at our discretion) an alternative such as transferring you to a future intake where practical.

6) No payment plans (for now)

At this time, we do not offer payment plans unless stated explicitly on a specific checkout page.

7) Payment disputes (Stripe/PayPal)

If something’s gone wrong, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can help quickly.

If you lodge a dispute/chargeback through your bank or payment provider, the provider’s process applies, and refunds may not be possible while a dispute is active.

8) How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with:

  •  your full name
  •  the email used at checkout
  •  what you purchased
  •  purchase date and receipt (if available)
  •  a brief reason for the request

9) Processing notes

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method where possible.

Banks/payment providers may take time to display the refund.

If we approve a discretionary refund (not required by law), we may not be able to recover processing fees from payment providers; any handling of fees will be done in line with applicable consumer law.

10) Updates to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the “Last updated” date.
